The new VIP cinema is located in the very center of the Russian capital on the 4th floor of the Four Seasons Moscow hotel.
The cinema occupies 6,000 m2 and has 17 screens (including 10 VIP halls) with an average capacity of 30 people as well as a lounge, arcade zone, two restaurants and a bar.
RD Construction was responsible for the entire fit-out job and installation of engineering systems in compliance with international requirements for safety, lighting and acoustic features for cinema halls.
Without any exaggeration this was a project of many records and very complicated from the technical point of view. It stands out for a number of reasons: unique engineering equipment, exclusive design solutions and premium materials used in the fit-out. I would mention just a few figures: 8.5 tons of brass, 1.3 tons of copper and 22 tons of marble were used in the construction of the cinema. Work on such projects requires builders with a high level of professionalism. Remarkably, the construction project was completed in just 7 months

The cinema is equipped with modern automated engineering systems and the very latest in projection equipment. It is the only cinema in the world to have 10 halls equipped with the most advanced sound system available today – Dolby Atmos.
Contemporary trends in design were taken into account in the development of the interior. It is based on natural materials and finishes (wood, stone, metal), leather upholstered furniture, geometric forms, and dynamic and warm lighting.
The corridors are lined with beechwood and the flooring is made of natural oak. Several types of marble, granite and onyx were also used as finishing materials. The centerpiece of the interior is a 7-meter-tall green wall with 20 species of rare tropical plants and brass waterfalls.
Today we can confidently state that the ‘Moscow’ theater is one of the best-equipped cinemas in the world, and this attracts the attention of film producers. Premieres and preview screenings are held here on a regular basis
