This project was implemented in 8 months, which is a record time for projects of this scale and level of technology.

We were given the task of creating a technically complex building with modern engineering systems and at the same time a comfortable working office for 2500 employees. The active participation of the client in all phases of the planning and construction played an important role in the successful implementation of this project

    Alfa-Bank’s call center is equipped according to world-class standards for the organization of the work process at contact centers.

During construction special attention was given to ensuring the requirements for self-sufficiency, uninterrupted service and automation as well as workplace ergonomics. The most advanced engineering infrastructure was installed in the building, including climate control and fire prevention and warning systems.
