The Russian division of the international law firm Squire Patton Boggs has moved to a new office built by RD Construction’s team – says the leading Russian office construction resource OfficeNext.
“The mission of the general contractor, i.e. the construction firm RD Construction, was creating a representative office on more than 1,000 sq m of floor space,” notes the resource.
The design concept of the new office of Squire Patton Boggs relies on the moderate style, corporate colors and trust-building atmosphere for the company’s clients. OfficeNext goes on to describe several technological solutions used by RD Construction in the project.
One of them was massive panoramic glazing in the top management’s offices. These offices overlook the sunny side, so the project envisages a low-emission shell. RD Construction’s in-house engineers installed noiseless convectors and fan coils of high capacity.
OfficeNext also notes maximum energy efficiency of the built office. Solely LED lights are used – in compliance with the “green” BREEAM standards.
The resource quotes the client’s representative Yulia Anisimova, Director of Finance and Administration, Moscow Office of Squire Patton Boggs:
While selecting a general contractor, we were looking for a company having rich experience in the delivery of office projects for international clients; that’s why we stayed our choice on RD Construction. The elaborate design and its quality implementation made our new office very convenient both for clients and our employees
