The eighth biennale tradeshow MADE expo, with materials and modern-day building, architectural and interior design technologies on display, took place in Milan (Italy) on March 8-11.
At the invitation of the Italian Embassy’s Trade Development Commission and Federlegno Arredo Furniture Industry Association of Italy, Fit-out Commercial Director of RD Construction Tatyana Evdokimova took part in the event and shared her company’s experience in using Italian construction materials. Thus, in its two latest major interior fit-out projects RD Construction used Italian porcelain stoneware produced by Ariostea, Casalgrande padana, Tonalite Tavella Silk Piombo and Caesar along with Emperador Dark, Bianca Carrara, Calacatta ORO and Biancone Perlino marble as well as Stone Italiano decorative stone.

Exchanging experience with our colleagues from overseas, we capitalize on best practices available and improve our approach to construction by using them in our fit-out projects
MADE expo actually combines four concurrently held exhibitions: construction and materials, windows and building envelope, fit-out and interior design, IT technologies in construction.
Forums, conferences, round table discussions and master classes were also organized as part of MADE expo. Tatyana spoke at the Made4Contract conference on “New Strategies for the Italian Contract sector: Focus on Russia”. The main purpose of the event was to discuss current situation in the Russian market and business prospects for Italian manufacturers. Fit-out Commercial Director enlarged upon RD Construction’s approach to office fit-out, presented the company’s best projects as well as rated the Italian finishing materials which RD Construction used in its work.
